Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back everything is different?

Hi I’m Francesca and this is me snuggling my oldest little love. This is from over 3 years ago and it’s still is one of my favorite photos.

I'm francesca,

Why?

Because it captures this dude at this particular phase of life – when I could wrap my arms around him and he fit tucked in under my chin, when for the one and only time in his life he cut off all his fabulous hair, when he was missing too many teeth that his sweet smile was shaped like this.

I’m not a props family photographer. I’m all about capturing the details that make you who your family is at this time in your life.

LET YOUR LOVE SHINE.

just what you needed right?

This is what I aim to capture for my clients.

Give me some pretty light and let’s

Capture a moment in time.

each with incredibly different strong personalities, that make me feel like I’m constantly flying by the seat of my pants. I’m married to a guy that I‘ve been with for 20 years, and he keeps getting better with age – lucky me. And what most likely brought you here is that I’m a natural light photographer based in Southern California.

I am most inspired by capturing connection, movement, emotions, details, and added bonus if it’s in fabulous light. I have been photographing family, lifestyle newborn, and maternity sessions since 2013. The greatest honor is that I’ve captured many families for each of those sessions and continue to year after year. Watching a family grow through my camera lens is the best compliment!

We always have great experience with Francesca. She’s extremely talented and patient with the little ones! Have had numerous sessions over the years, and each time, the photos blow me away!

I want you to be able to look at your photos and relive the moment, hear the laughter

and feel the love.

Babies don’t keep. One day you will carry your child on your hip, then set them down, and never pick them up that way again.

The thing is, you won’t even know it’s the last time until there are no more times. And even then, it will take you a while to realize.

I aim to capture the details that make you who your family is at this time in your life:
• missing teeth
• new freckles
• big boy/girl haircut
• new baby in mommy’s belly
• a great big laugh showing off a post braces smile
• the wrist rolls on a toddler
• the teeny tininess of a newborn in daddy’s arms
• the teen who is now taller than dad

That’s what you’ll get from me as your family photographer.

The years are long, but the days are short.
