Gina wanted a session prior to her son becoming a teenager. He was turning 13 and she wanted some captures of the two of them together to remember this time in their lives. I simply adore that she wanted this. And I simply adore this mother son connection and love. Here’s to more motherhood sessions where I get to capture mommas and their babes, regardless how big those babes are. I wasn’t able to get in the frame with my own littles this year, but one of my goals for 2019 is to change that. Mothers need to be in the frame to document that they were there too.
