My most favorite parts of any newborn session was always the portion of the session when I took a lifestyle approach.  The only bummer part was that it ended up being such a small portion of the session.  The lifestyle approach for newborns just fits so much more with my style of photography then the posing on the beanbag like I’ve been doing for awhile.  I just recently decided that I was going to switch my newborn session to lifestyle newborn sessions…and I’m loving it.  I am so in love with birth photography and just adore getting to do fresh 48 newborn hospital sessions.  I love capturing the arrival of a brand new little guy or girl as they come into the world or shortly after.  But if new moms and dads would rather wait until they are settled back at home to be photographed as life with their new little love unfolds these newborn sessions are the perfect opportunity to capture these moments in time for the family and be able to treasure your new little love in all his/her itty bittiness!
