Janae and I were starting to think their family family session was never going to actually happen.  For one reason or another something would come up with their family or mine and we’d have to reschedule.  Well we finally get to the day of the session and not one emergency or conflict came up beforehand but then on this day El Nino actually lived up to all the hype (just that day not so much that rest of winter).  I remember being at the gym that morning and throughout the whole workout I had a worried look on my face as I looked out the windows at the downpour.  The rest of the day was spent trying to keep the kids as dry as possible while running errands under the nastiest looking clouds.  I went and checked out the location a bit before the session and the sun had finally started to peek out as those clouds got less intense.  I told Janae I think it’s actually going to be a nice night and somehow the location wasn’t a muddy mess.  So glad it worked out because this session ended up a beautiful evening with a beautiful family!
