Palsgrove family session

The day before their session Ingrid told me she needed to talk to me.  I knew there wasn’t anything we needed to figure out regarding location or their outfits because Ingrid has all of that planned to a T well in advance for every session we’ve ever done.  So when I saw her text that she really needed to talk to me I had a pretty good hunch what it was going to be about.  I call her and she tells me she’s pregnant (which is what I had guessed) and that she wanted to tell Tim at their session (that part I had not guessed at all)!  Ingrid had crazy self control and had managed to keep the news of the positive pregnancy test under wraps from Tim for days leading up to their session.  I was hard for me to even wait for my husband to get home from work a couple hours after I had taken the test with our first pregnancy, and then with our second he is actually the one that saw that it was positive.  No way would I have ever managed to keep such big exciting news to myself!

Well their session was going just dreamy, despite the fact that we were having a heat wave during their fall family session.  Then Ingrid wandering off while Tim got in some daddy daughter snuggles.  Then over to where Ingrid was standing to find the exciting news that they were expecting baby #2.  It was so special to be part of such an exciting moment.  Tim’s reaction was just so sweet and seeing them explain the news to the soon to be big sister was darling.  Can’t wait to capture this little guy’s first day just like I did with his big sister.
